Description
Inspired by the jeweled hairpins and ornate accessories once worn in the imperial court, this design brings the richness of traditional Chinese adornment to your fingertips.
In historic Chinese dress, deep red was reserved for moments of ceremony. It appeared in wedding robes and gilded hair ornaments, glowing with warmth and significance. The rich burgundy nails recall polished cinnabar lacquer. Pearl chains echo the strands of beads once worn around the neck or draped from a hairpin, catching the light with every movement. A four-petal crystal flower recalls intricate filigree jewelry, while antique-bronze tips and tiny pearl accents bring the look of a treasured, gold-worked hair ornament.
Pearl adornments have long suggested wholeness and preciousness, while red is associated with devotion and celebration. Made for occasions when you want a little more ceremony, this design pairs the poise of heirloom jewelry with a modern, tapered shape. Each gesture feels like a glimpse of old-world elegance.
Details & Care
Hand-finished press-on nails made from lightweight, reusable ABS tips. Each set includes 10 pieces in graduated sizes. To wear: clean the natural nail, apply the adhesive tab or a thin layer of glue, press for 30 seconds. To remove: soak in warm soapy water for 5-10 minutes and lift gently. Avoid prolonged water exposure to extend wear time.
