WHY ACADEMY-TRAINED
01 — TEACH
Since 2017, Zhuangdian International has trained technicians through a structured five-stage curriculum — from nail preparation and shaping to hand-painting, ombré and 3D crystal carving. The standards we teach are the standards we produce to.
02 — TRAIN
The technicians crafting your sets are our own trained artisans, averaging around eight years at the bench and supported by 20 in-house pattern designers. No printed film, no copied artwork — each nail is finished by a real nail technician.
03 — VERIFY
Standard procedures are set by headquarters and supervised on the workshop floor. Every order passes a three-step inspection before packing, with batch records kept so this shipment matches the sample you approved.

FACTORY STRENGTH
Since 2017 we have built a source factory around one belief: press-on nails should be made by real nail technicians, not printed film. A 1,000 m² workshop, 100+ in-house artisans averaging around eight years at the bench, and 20 dedicated pattern designers turn your reference images into production-ready samples.
Elastic capacity comes from a trained network of 300+ home-based artisans, so we can scale for bulk or stay flexible for small-batch trials — around 200 handmade sets a day, with central quality control and batch records on every order.

MASTER TRAINER & FOUNDER
Our founder entered the beauty industry in 2009 and spent sixteen years as a makeup artist, senior nail instructor and school principal. In 2017 she founded Zhuangdian International in Enshi, Hubei — uniting nail education with handmade production.
